Growing up around boats Tristan has a real passion for high performance racing in either dinghies or yachts. Following his business degree he started working in the marine industry and has over the last 10 years worked for leading suppliers such as Allen Brothers Fittings and Zhik in both technical and sales departments. Over the last two years he was the senior sailing buyer for the largest marine retailer in Europe.

Tristan started racing boats nationally at the age of 11 and has since won 7 national championships and two European championships.
